The main lawn ( 35m x 18m) which sweeps out from the south facing conservatory is 'the heart of Highwell', ideal for a stretched tent (21m x 15m), hosting 100+ people.  It is beautifully framed by well maintained borders, bursting with colourful Camellia bushes and shrubs, with paths leading off to the kitchen garden, the pond (with trickling fountain) and through the magnificent wisteria arch, particularly charming for wedding photoshoots.

 

The 'Azalea garden' has a central island and a wood barrel sauna.  Ideal for a bell tent village.  Includes  the hand crafted  'Azalea yurt' tucked away in a secluded corner with stunning valley views.

There is a large meadow beyond the wisteria arch, which has a large parking for 20-30 cars, away from site as well as tennis court and the large Meadow yurt.

 

Highwell woods has a charming trail and a wonderful viewing platform with magnificent views across to Dartmoor.
